Go to the EXS Instrument editor and change the first matrix modulation Src. Set the original zone velocity range say to 0-32, and the reversed zone to 33-127. Copy this zone and check the "Rvrs" box of the copied zone so you will have original and reversed loops using same source sample. Insert some loop sample as new zone in EXS editor and map to some note say C4. My idea will not do the tape rewind trick 100% since it is not technically possible in EXS, so I can say it is some kind of emulation or just for fun. I'v thought about EXS too ( not as the provided video since it just manipulates the pitch bend of some ready DJ samples ).
